Is this already available?

Yes. We are now in early access: we connect users in waves to quickly help with setup and data quality. Leave a request - we will write when we open access.

What marketplaces do you work with?

Now - full integration with Mercado Libre. We are adding Mercado Libre and other sites one by one. If you are on another site, leave a request, this will help prioritize integrations.

What do I need to get started?

An API key (access to statistics/analytics) is enough. We do not ask for access to manage products, prices or deliveries - only read data for analysis.

Is it safe?

Yes: we use limited rights (read-only) and store the keys in a protected form. Upon request, we can help set up minimum access rights.

What will I receive in the first days?

Dashboard with key numbers + chat where you can ask “why it sank” and “what to do.” You can also turn on signals: balances, advertising effectiveness, sudden changes in products.

Will this replace an analyst or a marketer?

Gatok does not replace human judgment. It removes the routine of collecting numbers, finding reasons for changes and suggesting options for action - so that the team makes decisions faster.

How much does it cost?

In early access, we discuss the conditions in a short call: the price depends on the volume of data (for example, orders/SKUs) and the required integrations. Leave a request and we’ll tell you the options.

Can I connect my data sources (ERP/warehouse/cost price)?

Yes. This is the “second layer”: we connect additional sources if you need more accurate profits/expenses and business context. The composition and timing depend on the system and data format (API/files).

How is Gatok different from regular analytics?

Regular analytics shows reports. Gatok explains the changes in simple terms, warns about the risks and suggests the next step - right in the chat.
